The first step of the application process is to download and complete the application and return it with a non-refundable fee of $5 to the Membership Committee. You can do this either in person or by mail. (Checks payable to: Farmington Volunteer Fire Association).
Once the application has been received, and references authenticated by the Membership Committee, you will be contacted to set up an appointment for a formal interview. At the interview, further instructions will come.
